
February 2026 Luncheon
Injury Rights Law Firm joined fellow members of the Central Ohio Association for Justice at the February 2026 Membership Luncheon, an event focused on strengthening advocacy within the legal community. The gathering highlighted professional collaboration, recognition of dedicated advocates, and ongoing dialogue about the role of the judiciary and the pursuit of justice. During this Membership Luncheon, The Honorable Cynthia Ebner discussed “Lawyers as Guardians of the Rule of Law: Judicial Discretion, Bias, and the Power of Advocacy.” President Will Nesbitt presented the Nominating Committee Report where the 2026-2027 Slate of Officers and Directors was announced and approved by members.
In addition, Dianna Parker, Director of Pro bono & Community Engagement for Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio (LASCO) provided information on their Pro Bono Project and how COAJ members can get involved. President Will Nesbitt thanked our Platinum Sponsor - Spectrum Reporting and our Silver Sponsors - Boerger Investigative Services, The Ohio Reporting Company, and Robson Forensic for their continued support. He also invited our Gold Sponsors - CW Settlements and Columbus Injury and Rehab Centers to provide a brief overview of their services to the group.
Jonathan Bond, Jeff Bruzzese, Aaron DeShaw, Michael Leizerman, and George Sidiropolis received this year’s Louisville Slugger Award for hitting one out of the park for justice in 2025, where George Sidiropolis accepted the award on everyone’s behalf.
